Vizyon Stella Whipping Cream Powder is perfect as a fresh whipped cream replacement. Add a little water or milk and create a stable cream for icing cakes, topping desserts, filling pastries and more!


The best thing about this whipped cream is it is shelf stable and can be kept at room temperature if made with water. It doesn't go watery or weep.


Vizyon Stella Whipping Cream has a delicious vanilla taste and smooth, spreadable texture, you can also flavour it however you wish! Combine with melted couverture chocolate for chocolate mousse cakes, no bake cheesecakes, and frozen ice cream desserts. 



  1. Cool the whipping cream powder in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before whipping.
  2. Add required amount of powder and chilled water or milk into mixing bowl.
  3. Start on slow speed for one minute and increase to fast speed for four to five minutes. Don't stop mixing early even if it looks ready.
  4. Chill whipped cream mixture for 15 minutes before use.



  • The best ratio of water and whipping cream is 1.7 litres of chilled water to 1kg packet of whipping cream.
  • Keep the left over cream in the fridge or freezer.  Rewhip in your mixer when needed.
