ABOUT LOLLIPOP CAKE SUPPLIES

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE AS WELL AS AN ONLINE STORE?

Yes, we do! We have a physical store located in the Brisbane suburb of Eatons Hill where we also run cake classes from our teaching classroom/kitchen. Our staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cake decorating so if you ever need help with a project feel free to come in and ask questions, or you can talk to us via our online chat function.

  

WHAT ARE YOUR STORE OPENING HOURS?

  • Monday - 9am to 5pm
  • Tuesday - 9.30am to 5pm
  • Wednesday - 9am to 5pm
  • Thursday - 9am to 6:30pm
  • Friday - 9am to 5pm
  • Saturday - 9am to 1pm
  • Sunday - Closed 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal, Direct Debit, Credit Cards and Afterpay. We will happily take phone orders if you prefer to pay over the phone. Please note we do not store your payment details and we never write your card details down if you ring us and order over the phone.

Most definitely! The security of data on our website is of major importance to us. We have done everything we can to secure the data on our website and ensure your sensitive information like credit card details aren't compromised.

 

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON www.lollipopcakesupplies.com.au?

Like data security, credit card security is incredibly important and we make sure we use the most secure and reliable credit card facility. To ensure your online shopping safety we have a secure payment gateway with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia using 256bit SSL security on our website. You will notice that in the address bar of your browser, there is a padlock next to our internet address, this means that our entire website, and not just our checkout, is secure and safe for you to use.

 

DELIVERY & ORDERS

 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We have two main shipping rates available; we have our rate shipping for Brisbane Metropolitan ($7.95) and Australia wide flat rate shipping ($9.95). Flat rate shipping is only available for orders under 16kg. Beyond 16kg, the bulky goods charge will be applicable.

 

IS THERE A WEIGHT SURCHARGE ON FREIGHT ORDERS?

Yes, there are some surcharges on freight. Weight surcharges apply to some product for all of our deliveries. All products that incur a weight surcharge will have it noted on the product page. These are usually marked as "bulky goods".

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Lollipop Cake Supplies will accept returns if the goods purchased are faulty or if you find that the product isn't suitable for what you intended it for. If your item is faulty we will happily replace, refund or offer a store credit to the same value. Due to health regulations we are unable to accept change of mind returns of food-based products. For more information read our returns policy.

 

DO YOU OFFER A ‘CLICK AND COLLECT’ OPTION?

Yes, we do. You can collect your order from our store in Eatons Hill.  Once your order has been picked and ready for collection, you'll be sent an email and/or SMS notifying you that your order is ready to be collected. Please note the checkout will first ask you for your address before the second page which will have the click and collect option.

 

ARE YOU ABLE TO SPECIAL ORDER IN CERTAIN PRODUCTS?

Absolutely! If there is something you have been looking for but cannot find it in the store please email info@lollipopcakesupplies.com.au with the details of the item you are after and we will endeavour to find it for you. 

 

Products that have been specially ordered in may require a deposit to confirm your order, however we will provide the details during the quote process. Special orders may also incur a freight surcharge if the products are over our weight & size restrictions. If your special order incurs a freight surcharge this will be included in your quote prior to ordering.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM LOLLIPOP CAKE SUPPLIES?

Yes, you can. Once your order has been shipped your order status will change from processed to shipped and will include a tracking number. An email is sent upon dispatch which will include your tracking number and which freight company is handling your order. This is generally sent at the end of the day.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING TRANSIT?

Rarely do items become lost or damaged during transit however it can happen and if this is the case your first point of contact is giving us a call or sending an email explaining the issue and we will be in touch with you to resolve the lost parcel or replace damaged stock.

We use reputable couriers & Australia Post for our deliveries and lost parcels or damage during transit are very rare.

We do recommend that you take the out the additional insurance option on your order as this gives your parcel added security as Lollipop Cake Supplies will not be held responsible for uninsured parcels that are lost or damaged. Orders are not insured unless you have selected the additional insurance option during check out.

DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTS FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

CLEARANCE ITEMS

 

IS IT SAFE TO BUY PRODUCTS THAT ARE PAST THEIR BEST BEFORE DATE?

Yes. According to the Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Authority, it is perfectly fine to sell and purchase food products that are past their best before date as long as it is fit for human consumption.  Ie; candy beads, sprinkles, fondant are fine for us to sell when they are past their best before date however they may or may not perform as expected when they are within their best before period.  It is up to you to use your discretion when purchasing & using these products. Please note, we will not sell items that are obviously spoiled so you can assure that the clearance products are fine to purchase as we would not list them if we weren't prepared to use them ourselves.
