Description

THIS FROZEN PRODUCT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION FROM OUR EATONS HILL STORE - IT CANNOT BE POSTED.

Bakels Whip 'N Ice is a shelf stable mock cream which is ideal for use as an icing or filling on your cakes, cupcakes, donuts and more! Whip N Ice is so easy to use. All you do is defrost it, pour it into your mixing bowl and whip it until it forms stiff peaks. Whip 'N Ice can be coloured and flavoured to your preference.

Whip 'N Ice is freeze thaw stable which means once you defrost it, your finished work can be frozen until you are ready to use it. Unused Whip 'N Ice can be frozen again until the next time you need it. Whip 'N Ice will never completely freeze. The container will always remain "squishy".

Once Whip 'N Ice has been whipped, the product can be left out for a maximum of seven days. Perfect for those cakes and cupcakes where refrigeration is not an option. Whip 'N Ice can also be mixed with 50% cream to create a more authentic cream filling. Please note that once fresh cream has been added, it must be refrigerated.
