Yeners Art was created and co founded by award winning Chef Sedar Yener who has been involved within the cake industry for over 40 years along with his son Serkan Yener who has been in the cake industry for over 15 years. Sedar has competed in numerous international competitions gaining awards such as "Best Pastry Chef" in Singapore & Switzerland. Sedar is extremely well known within the caking industry and has worked with many 5 star hotels and restaurants showcasing his incredible baking and pastry skills. Sedar has multiple show pieces in museums across the globe including Singapore, France & Switzerland.
Chef Sedar has developed and co founded YenersWay & Yeners Cake Tips where he creates hundreds of hints, tips and tutorials around cake decorating to help all skill levels create his award winning masterpieces. Recently, Chef Sedar has been awarded "Best Online Teacher of the Year" at ACADA and ACDN within Australia. Sedar is well known for his sugar centrepieces, wedding cakes and novelty cakes across the country and globe. Along with the tutorials, Sedar has created an online platform and developed a cake designing and management web application called Cakenote which is helping cakers and bakers worldwide with the design and inspiration for their own masterpieces.
As well as producing numerous online cake tutorials, baking hints and tips, the father son duo has developed and created their very own Pastillage Rigid Sugar Paste which has taken the caking world by storm! This incredible product has been developed and created with all caking expectations and needs met to ensure it lives up to the Yeners reputation and high standards.
