WHOLESALE / TRADE ACCOUNTS

Wholesale / trade accounts are available at Lollipop Cake Supplies provided certain criteria are met. We have two main criteria which may apply to yourself and your business. 

HOME BASED CAKE DECORATORS

For home based decorators we require the following evidence that you qualify for wholesale / trade pricing. The following documentation is required to support your application.

• ABN certificate in their own name, or
• A trust / company certificate with their name mentioned on documentation
• Trading business name certificate (ASIC)
• Registered kitchen documentation with their local governing authority. If you are not issued with a certificate, your most recent inspection will suffice.

COMMERCIAL BUSINESS WITHIN A COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

For businesses that have a relationship with the cake decorating industry or a related industry, we require the following evidence that you qualify for wholesale / trade pricing. The following documentation is required to support your application. The clear distinction is that you are not required to supply registered kitchen details.

• Business ABN or Company ACN certificate
• Trading business name certificate (ASIC)
• Registered business address to be in a physical shop front / warehouse (a photo may be requested to confirm if we cannot confirm via Google)

PURCHASING CRITERIA

The following criteria applies to all wholesale / trade customers.

• All online trade orders must be a minimum of $100 per order excluding freight. If your order does not equal $100, we reserve the right to change the pricing back to retail and invoice for the difference
• Yearly sales must equal $1200 or more otherwise your pricing will be changed back to retail. Annual spend is calculated from when your account is set to trade.
• Checks are completed regularly on your supplied information. If your business is no longer registered or your qualifying documentation is not updated upon renewal (registered kitchen, ABN, business name etc), your account will be changed back to retail.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

To create a wholesale / trade account, please email the supporting documentation to info@lollipopcakesupplies.com.au. Please email through copies of the required certificates. Not emailing the certificates will result in a delay in getting your account set up. Please also provide your whole name, mobile/contact number and shipping address. We will be in touch once it has been approved and your account pricing has been updated. 

If you place an order between applying for your trade account and it being approved, the price change is not retrospective.

PURCHASING ROSE SPIRIT (500ml BOTTLES)

If you do not meet the minimum purchasing amount, we will still authorise trade purchases of rose spirit provided the above business criteria is met. 500ml rose spirit is only allowed to be sold to trade customers as it has been approved for sale on a restricted liquor licence. This is not something that we can bend the rules for as all purchases are recorded in case of auditing.
