Lollipop Cake Supplies is a family owned business that started its roots in the e-commerce space and has grown into the bricks and mortar retail space. We have our flagship store in Eatons Hill with our Online Warehouse and admin support located in Brendale. We ship Australia Wide and selected countries around the world.


Our passion is about all things cake decorating. Lollipop Cake Supplies sells everything you need to make a cake, cupcake or any other sweet treat. We offer in store private classes, group classes and friendly helpful service. Our focus is on providing the best customer service possible whilst instilling a fun and exciting work culture.

About the role

The successful candidate will be offered a full time position working with the admin team at our Brendale Warehouse. Duties for the role include, but are not limited to;


  • Photograph and post processing of imagery for website and social media use
  • Creation of product items within our web site
  • Create content for the website  adhering to strict SEO guidelines
  • Work alongside the Graphic Design and Marketing co-ordinator assisting with creating content such as video and still imagery
  • Work with customers to create edible prints for their cakes
  • Providing customer support and sales on the phone, email and web chat
  • Manually process customer orders via our sales platform
  • Co-ordinate with our dispatch team to ensure our customer promise guidelines are met
  • Support our dispatch team as required
  • Data entry
  • Admin support as required


Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have some skills within the cake decorating industry and retail sales experience. A willingness to learn is a must.

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes however training will be provided to the right candidate;

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Great communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously within a team environment
  • A can do attitude with a desire to exceed
  • Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Suite products would be favourable but not critical
  • Ability to use a DSLR camera
  • SEO Abilities
  • A sweet tooth is desirable!
