The recipe for this amazing red velvet mix is labeled on the back of the resealable bag that the mix comes in. Simply preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius (use greased baking pans), whip the batter for 1 min on low speed and 5 minutes on medium speed and bake for 40-45 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
This mix will create 2x 8" cakes or 4x 6" cakes.
