The Black Velvet Cake Mix by Vizyon has a smooth, velvety texture and is easily adapted to create vibrant Swiss rolls! The mix is made using natural colourants, and will help you achieve a deep, dark colour without the need for food colouring.
The recipe for this amazing Black Velvet mix is labeled on the back of the resealable bag that the mix comes in. Simply preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius (use greased baking pans), whip the batter for 1 min on low speed and 5 minutes on medium speed and bake for 40-45 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
This mix will create 2 x 8" cakes or 4 x 6" cakes.
