Create a smooth, softer cake by using the Vizyon Pastry Additive in your cake mixes. This cake gel stabiliser is best used in sponge cakes, swiss rolls or cake baking to help create a softer and smoother finished result. The Vizyon Pastry Additive will act as an emulsifier in the cake mix that will help provide a stable cake without losing the volume and airiness of your baked cakes.

Depending on the product to be prepared, it is suggested to add 3-4% to the total volume of the mixture. Eg. 1kg of cake mix, you will need to add around 30-40g of Vizyon Pastry Additive.
Water, Carrier (1520 & 422), Emulsifier (471, 475 (4%)).
