Callebaut chocolate carries the Callebaut quality guarantee which means you can rely on the taste and quality of the chocolate. This means it will remain constant for each bag you purchase. Be aware that there are different suppliers selling chocolate under the Callebaut brand. Veliche Chocolate is made in Belgium from exclusively sourced and selected beans sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms. By buying Veliche, you are guaranteed consistent flavour and quality bag after bag. These chocolates were designed to have good viscosity and consistently sized 12mm dots so it can easily be weighed and tempered.
