Please keep in mind that chocolate is heat sensitive and, unfortunately, is likely to melt in transit during the warmer months. Whilst we take the utmost care to pack our products securely for shipping, once they leave us, shipping conditions are outside of our control.
If your chocolate does arrive melted, it is still safe (and delicious!) to use. It can be remelted, tempered if desired, and used as needed.

The Veliche Belgian White Chocolate (Obsession) 30% is a gourmet couverture chocolate that has a rich creamy taste with a balance of milky sweetness. The Inspiration 32% is the chocolate of choice when baking cakes, pastries, desserts, ice cream, pralines and ganache.  

Veliche Chocolate is made in Belgium from exclusively sourced and selected beans sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms. By buying Veliche, you are guaranteed consistent flavour and quality bag after bag. These chocolates were designed to have good viscosity and consistently sized 12mm dots so it can easily be weighed and tempered.

TO TEMPER:

1. Melt your Inspiration 30% White Chocolate to 45-50°C
2. Cool the chocolate down to 25-27°C
3. Gently warm to 29-30°C
