Whether using the Acrylic Letter Templates to cut the perfect single cake or cookie, or using them to spell an entire name, these guides will help you achieve the most cleanest shapes possible, almost like they fell right our of the tin like that!
To use the template to cut cookie dough or a naked cake, simply place it on top and cut around the template with a sharp knife.
To use the template as a guide to ice a cake, either wrap it in cling wrap and ice away, otherwise you can gently trace around your guide onto baking paper, and cut. Attach the baking paper to your guide with your ganache or buttercream and ice as normal. The baking paper should easily peel off your set frosting.
