Cover your cake with ease using ganache and these amazing Round Ganache Board Set of 2. These ganache boards are made in clear 3mm acrylic and are sized half an inch larger so there is no need to trim your cake down - just pop the lids on and ganache away! For example, if your cake is 8" round use an 8.5" ganache board. It'll leave a quarter inch/5mm gap around the cake to fill with ganache (or buttercream ;-))
To use, simply place the desired sized board centre underneath the cake and the equivalent board on top making sure they align. Spread ganache around the sides of the cake, using the boards as a guide for scrapping off excess chocolate.
