It can be difficult to bake a delicious light and airy sponge cake without eggs but now Bakels have taken all the guess work out with their Eggless Vanilla Cake Mix!
1Kg Bakels Eggless Vanilla Cake Mix
540g Water
100ml Vegetable Oil
Place group 1 ingredients into a mixing bowl
Mix together on low speed for 2 minutes
Scrape down the sides and mix together on high speed for 4 minutes
Add in the vegetable oil and mix together on low speed for 1 minute
Bake in a 170 degree oven until a skewer comes out clean
Be careful not to overcook, cooking for longer at a lower temperature can help with this.
