We all love the Bakels Buttacake recipe mix here at Lollipop Cake Supplies. The Bakels Buttacake recipe mix super versatile and very easy to make, as cupcakes or larger cakes. Add your favourite flavour such as orange or lemon to enhance the delicious for a lovely afternoon tea cake. Finished with a scrumptious buttercream swirl this Bakels buttacake is delicious for all occasions.
The large yield this recipe mix makes is terrific for larger cakes and mass cupcake baking!
1Kg Bakels Buttacake Mix
4 x 70g eggs
450ml Water
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Line baking tin
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl
Beat on low for 1 minute, scrape down sides of bowl
Beat on medium for 7-8 minutes
Pour into lined baking pan and bake until skewer comes out clean (Start checking at 45 minutes for 8" round and 18 mins for cupcakes)
Allow to cool in pan and then upturn onto a cooling rack
Be careful not to overcook, cooking for longer at a lower temperature can help with this.
