The incredible Master Elite Colour range from Sugar Art is an absolute must have for your powdered food colour collection. These incredibly vibrant colours are available in 24 different colours and can be used in macarons, cake batter, cookie dough, fondant, royal icing, bread and so much more!
Master Elites can NOT be used in chocolate, the only exception to this rule is both the black and white as these two will work in chocolate. Keeping in mind that you will need a heap more than any other Master Elite Colour which is why these two are available in the larger pots. Master Elites can be used in ganache as the high volume of cream will activate the Master Elite Colours.
These incredible Master Elite Colours are activated by moisture, so the colour you see in the jar is not the colour you will get! Each Master Elite Colour label defines the desired colour and is true to its name, so no need to stress if it looks a little different when you receive it.
Less is absolutely more when it comes to these vibrant colours, the colour will develop and intensify over time, so stop once your colour reaches a shade or two lighter than desired. The Master Elite Colours can stain mouths, as these are intense colours similar to gel colours. They are up to 5x stronger than gel colours as they do not have the added preservatives and additives that most gel colours do.
