Sugar Art Elite Colours are made with the chocolatier in mind! These incredible fat soluble colours blend perfectly in chocolate and come pre-activated which means what colour you see is what colour you get!
Elite Colours are perfect for colouring chocolate, painting and airbrushing. They can be used to tint royal icing, fondant, buttercream etc but it will take more of the elite colour in these mediums so we would recommend using the master elites for these medium. You can purchase the Master Elites here.
It is recommended that you buy the colour closest to what you wish to achieve. This being said, you can use a lighter colour but you will end up using more powdered food colour than if you were to purchase the colour you want. For example, if you want a hot pink chocolate, purchase the Hot Pink Elite Colour, you can still use less to achieve a lighter pink however if you purchase Aurora Rose and want a hot pink - you will probably end up using the whole pot and not achieve the desired colour.
