    Description

    SHORT DATED COLOURS: Rose Gold 15/01/24; Pearl 24/3/24;

    The Metallic Royal Icing mixes from Over The Top are the answer to a problem many of us have been having since drip cakes because a thing - METALLIC DRIPS. Yep, you read that right. Gone are the days of painting your lustres on by hand. The Pearl mix is a stunning lustre but can also be coloured with gel to create your own colour and metallic shade!

     

    These mixes are available in 5 colours (Classic Gold, Classic Silver, Pearl, Regal Gold and Rose Gold), and are gluten free, dairy free and nut free, meaning they are the perfect substitute for chocolate drips.

     

    PROCESS:

    1. Combine 1/2 cup of icing mix with 2-3 teaspoons of water (less water for a thicker consistency and more water for a thinner/runnier consistency) 
    2. Mix well by hand until powder is incorporated and desired consistency is achieved
    3. Add more water to thin icing or more powder (in 1/2 teaspoon increments) to thicken the icing
