    The Nestle Snowcap Chocolate Buttons 300g bag is perfect for use in mud cake mixes, or are ideal for use in ganache or to create modelling chocolate. These chocolate buttons are also known as Candy Melts which is the American term for chocolate buttons used for cooking. 

     

    This is the perfect amount for 1kg of Alpine Mud cake mix.
