Ingredients

Group 1

1kg Bakels Hokey Pokey Muffin Mix

225g Water

4 x 70g eggs

Group 2

275g Vegetable Oil

Method

Blend Group 1 ingredients together on low speed for 1 minute
Scrape down sides
Blend on second speed for 4 minutes
Blend in Group 2 ingredients on low speed for 1 minute
For muffins deposit 60g of Bakels Hokey Pokey Muffin Mix into standard muffin pan
Oven temperature 160-170 degrees
Bake for 18-20 minutes

Cooking times vary with ovens. Quality baking cups help eliminate the paper peeling from the muffin.
