Roberts Confectionary has created the perfect Vanilla Mud Cake Mix that your friends and family will rave on about and request for every birthday. This incredible mix will create up to 36 cupcakes or a 9" x 3" high cake, minus the doming with a consistent rise time and time again!

This delicious mix has been created with both at home and professional bakers as it features a no doming recipe that will have minimal wastage and crumbs from trimming every single time. With this in mind, it makes layering and creating tiered cakes a breeze! There is absolutely no need for any further flavours or pastes to be added as the mix will create a dense, rich and moist mud cake with only the addition of vegetable oil, water and eggs!

YIELD:

*Cupcakes based on 50mm (base) x 35mm (height) cases.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to recommended temperature as per packet (depending on the size cake/cupcakes)
2. Line the sides and base of your cake tin with baking paper or insert cupcake papers into cupcake tray.
3. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix on low speed for 1 minute. 
4. Scrape down the sides and base of the bowl and mix again on a medium speed for 30 seconds. 
5. Pour mixture into prepared cake tin or cupcake tin, filling 2/3 high.
6. Bake per cooking guide on packet or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container. Suitable for freezing. 

Oven temperatures may vary and cookies times should be used as a guide. Roberts Vanilla Mud Cake Mix is to be made in 1kg batches only. When making larger cakes, that require more than 1kg of dry mix, always make in 1kg batches separately. Fold the batches together, then pour into the prepared baking tin and bake accordingly.
