Description

Say goodbye to uneven unlevelled cakes when you use the incredible PME Level Baking Belts, perfect for creating even, level and moist cakes every time.

 

The Level Baking Belt comes in three different heights and widths perfect for most cake tin sizes. The carefully designed belts are quick to assemble and work by insulating and reflecting the heat from the bottom of the pan to baking evenly through your cake batter. This simple to use Baking Belt is perfect for beginners right through to expert bakers. 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Select a baking belt that is the right height and length for your baking pan.
  2. Soak the belt in cold water and remove the excess. Do not wring. Ensure that the baking belt is completely soaked before placing on the baking pan. 
  3. Wrap around the baking pan and fit like a belt using both loops to secure in place. 
  4. Pour the cake batter into the pan and bake as required.

56" (142cm) Long. Will suit Round 12" - 16" (30cm - 40cm) or Square 10" - 12" (25cm - 30cm) 

43" (109cm) Long. Will suit Round 9" - 11" (23cm - 28cm) or Square 6" - 9" (15cm - 23cm) 

32" (81cm) Long. Will suit Round 3" - 8" (8cm - 20cm) or Square 3" - 6" (8cm - 15cm) 

 

3" (7cm) High:

CAUTION:

Do not place strips in the oven when dry. Do not use at temperatures that exceed 180 degrees Celsius. Check that the baking belts are not in direct contact with any heating elements, gas flames or sides of the oven. Store baking belts carefully, do not cut, tear or fray the edges.
