Class Objective
This class aims to teach the basics of a Lambeth cake as well as filling, crumb coating and adding a final coat along the way!
We will dive into the different piping techniques used to creak a Lambeth cake such as shell boarders, ruffles and how to pipe along the side of the cake. Also how to create a stunning colour palette to tie in all those piping techniques! Finishing off with some sparkly sprinkles!

Beginner – No Previous Experience Required
This class is designed for beginners.
No prior experience is necessary to participate.
Minimum age: 14 years
Students aged 12–13 years may attend only if accompanied with a paying adult.
