Flower and Leaf Glaze also known Confectioners Varnish is an edible-when-dry varnish suitable for use whenever a high gloss is required or as a protective coating for sugar, chocolate or marzipan pieces. Confectioners Glaze is easy to use and it will bring your sugar flowers & gum paste decorations to life. Flower glaze provides a realistic shine to your sugar flowers and leaves.
To apply the glaze, it can be painted onto your sugar flowers using a brush or to seal the full flower dip the sugar flowers into the sugar flower glaze mixture.
To make a dipping solution, Flower and Leaf Glaze can be added to iso-propyl achohol.
