    Pick your number and learn piping & decorating techniques to create a beautiful number cake that is perfect for your next special celebration

    SKILL LEVEL

    Beginner

    • This class is designed for the beginner
    • No previous experience is required to complete this course 

      

    WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

    • How to cut and create your number, letter or special shape using the Lollipop Cake Supplies Cake Shape Guides
    • The difference between using gel and oil based food colours and when it's best to use them
    • Choose four colours to create a rainbow coloured cake
    • Using fondant and/or gumpaste to create decorations to add to the overall finish
    • Learn how to use a gumpaste extruder
    • Students will learn how to use chocolate drip and silicone moulds
    • How to colour buttercream
    • How to set up and use piping bags

    WHAT IS SUPPLIED?

    • Long hair is tied back for class
