Bakels Apito Caramel Flavoured Paste adds a beautiful caramel flavour into icings, butter creams, cream and cake batters. Bakels Caramel Flavouring is mixed easily into the mix.
Use 30ml of Caramel Flavouring per 1kg of icing, buttercream, cream or cake batter. The paste is of a medium consistency and is squeezed out of the sachet or poured out of the bottle.
60g - Two serves for cake batter
1kg - Large bottle for high use.
