This class is designed for the beginner. No previous experience is required to complete this course.
Have you been admiring the stunning multi-coloured buttercream rosette cakes wondering just how they are done? Are you interested in learning the foundations to colour theory and how to choose complementary colours for your next cake. Our beautiful Contemporary Piped Buttercream Cake Class will teach you all you need to know to create a perfectly piped buttercream finish, complete with cachous and glitter for an added wow!
Each student will leave with a completed cake that will no doubt impress!

WHAT IS SUPPLIED?
We provide all of the supplies and equipment for use on the day.
You are welcome to bring note pad, pen and a water bottle. These are not compulsory and completely up to you.
Please ensure that you wear fully enclosed shoes and that long hair is tied back for class.

We restrict this course to a maximum of eight students per course. This gives you a better learning experience with our instructor.
