This non slip food grade silicone mat is ideal for working with fondant, gun paste or even cookie dough. The mat can be used to roll out fondant for small to medium sized cakes and also to make macarons. The mat can be placed in an oven up to 250 degrees celcius. The mat also comes with a fondant knife, which is also great for use with cake lace.
