Select from the options above to build a topper with your preferred colour/material, font and size. Standard manufacturing time is 2-5 business days depending on our work load at the time, however we do also offer a fast track option if you're needing it a little quicker.

You are able to have up to four lines of text on your topper, with a limit of one word per line for design purposes.
Standard Processing: Standard processing time requires a minimum of 4 business days if ordered before 12pm (QLD Time). If ordered after the cutoff time the processing time becomes 5 business days. We try to complete the toppers as soon as possible, however depending on current demand, the time will vary.
Fast Track Processing: Fast Track offers next day dispatch if ordered before 12pm (QLD Time), or the following business day dispatch if ordered after the cutoff time, pending proof approval.
Fast Track Pickup: Order before 12pm (QLD Time) for next day pick up. (If it is Friday and you need your topper on Saturday, please phone us to place your order, otherwise your topper won't be ready until Monday.) Orders may be ready earlier, we will send you an SMS when it’s ready (if an Australian mobile number was provided in checkout).
When ordering two or more toppers that require both turnaround time frames, as one topper is more urgent than the other, please ensure these are ordered separately. As mentioned above, the turnaround time frames for collection/dispatch are different meaning they will be ready to collect on different days, or need to be dispatched on different days requiring two postage costs. Note: Business days are Monday to Friday only. Saturday is not counted as a business day.
A proof will be emailed to you for approval prior to cutting. We are unable to dispatch your order until the proof has been approved. This may delay the dispatch or pick up time however you will be advised if this is the case.
