Create your very own pretty peonies with the Mondo Peony Flower Cutter 4 Piece Set. Featuring 4 different peony petal sizes, you can create a beautiful, layered peony flower to adorn your wedding cakes and floral themed cake creations. Add more petals to your peonies when you're after a fuller flower. You can use gum paste, fondant, flower paste, and more.
Roll out your chosen medium to approximately 1-2mm thick and cut out the largest peony shape. Using a Foam Mat, roll the edges of the peony with a Balling Tool to give them shape and ruffle. Place the peony in a large muffin cup or rounded petal mould so that the peony can dry in a natural open space.
Repeat for the 3 next size cutters. Repeat for the smallest size and then close it up to look more like the peony bud. This will form the centre of your peony flower. Stack your 4 dried peony petals on top of each other and adhere them with edible glue. Dust your peonies edges to give it great shape and style.
