We are operating with reduced staff numbers so please bear with us if there is a delay in replying to emails, answering the phone or replying to online chat.

 

Here are a few FAQs regarding the effects of COVID-19 on our business. If you have a question that we haven’t answered here please give us a ring or ask us via online chat.

 

Are you open?

Yes! Both our online store and physical store in Eatons Hill, Brisbane, are still open. As we are considered an essential service our trading hours have not changed.

 

What are your opening hours?

  • Monday - 9am to 5pm
  • Tuesday - 9.30am to 5pm
  • Wednesday - 9am to 5pm
  • Thursday - 9am to 8pm
  • Friday - 9am to 5pm
  • Saturday - 9am to 1pm
  • Sunday - Closed

Are you still offering 'click and collect'?

Yes we are! Your order can be ready to collect in as little as 3 hours.

 

In store measures:

You can still visit us in store in Eatons Hill on the northside of Brisbane. We have a hand sanitiser station before you enter the store and ask all our customers to practise social distancing while shopping. We have increased the frequency of sanitising in store door handles, products, countertops and Eftpos machines.

 

Are you still taking cash?

Yes, you can still pay with cash in store. We have hand sanitiser at the counter.

 

Do you offer contactless pick up?

Yes, we do! Simply place your order online or over the phone for pick up. Once you get the notification that your order is ready, come on over and give us a ring when you arrive in the carpark. One of our staff members will bring your order out to your car and can place it in the boot for you.

 

Are cake classes still happening?

Not at the moment. Unfortunately all cake classes, including private tuition, have been put on hold until further notice as it is impossible to run a class while maintaining social distancing. If you click here you can select to be notified as soon as classes are running again, or to buy a voucher for a future class.

 

Do you have flour/yeast/bread improver/bread mix?

Yes, we do! We have been able to maintain a steady supply of plain, self-raising, and bakers flour. If we are out of stock of your preferred flour simply put a stock notification request in and you will be notified as soon as it is back in stock, which shouldn’t be long!
