Bakels Pettina chocolate flavoured paste is an economical flavour and colour used for mud cakes, sponge cakes and icing. The chocolate flavoured paste is reguarly used in conjunction with Bakels Mississippi Mud Cake Mix to provide the rich chocolate flavour.
The paste is a thick consistency and is squeezed out of the sachet or poured out of the bottle.

5kg - Large bottle for high use.
Use 15g per 1kg of Bakels Mississippi mud cake mix.
